Following yesterday’s "Postman," a highly detailed knitted Border Collie appeared on a memorial bench in Reeth marketplace overnight. The dog is wearing a tiny collar with the name "Flash" stitched into it. The mystery has captivated the village so much that a "Reeth Stakeout" group has been formed on Facebook, with local residents taking shifts at their windows to try and catch the artisan in the act. Local businesses are reporting a 20% spike in "yarn-tourism" footfall this morning.
