Healthwatch North Yorkshire says its inbox has been "inundated" since the survey opened yesterday. With 500 responses in the first day, it’s clear the fear in Reeth and Arkengarthdale is palpable. Many residents have used the free-text boxes to describe the "life-or-death" anxiety of living 30 minutes away from the nearest pharmacy. The survey data will be collated into a formal report to be handed directly to the Integrated Care Board on Tuesday.
