The "Friends of Skipton Canal" group have hailed their latest cleanup as their most successful ever. They cleared over 200kg of waste in just four hours. The unusual haul included three bicycles, a vintage shopping trolley, and several traffic cones. Organisers say the towpath is now back to its pristine condition just in time for the boating season.
