Police leaders and local council executive members confirmed today that targeted high-visibility engagements are taking place across Dales market towns to encourage reporting of discrimination and hate incidents.
Community safety officers highlighted that while recorded incidents across rural districts remain low, underreporting remains a key challenge for rural policing teams.
