Investigating officers believe the individual pictured holds vital information that could assist their ongoing inquiries, confirming that a second suspect has already been arrested in connection with the investigation.
Neighbourhood officers are urging anyone who recognises the man or who witnessed the incident to contact North Yorkshire Police directly or report information anonymously via Crimestoppers.
