The Cave Rescue Organisation had a busy Sunday, responding to three separate call-outs. The incidents were standard "high-frequency" issues: exhaustion, navigation errors, and a mountain biker who took a spill near Clapham. All three rescues were successful, but team leaders are once again reminding hikers to carry a physical map and compass, as mobile phone batteries and GPS signals often fail in the deep Dales valleys.
