Grassington Festival: The Global Sell-Out

Organisers confirmed this morning that only 42 tickets remain for the June folk-rock reunion headliner. What’s stunned the box office is the geographic spread: IP addresses from 14 different countries, including a large block from Japan and the US, logged on to secure seats. This "overseas invasion" is expected to inject an estimated £450,000 into the local economy via B&Bs and restaurants over the 10-day festival.
