Buckden Parish Council held an emergency meeting last night following reports of "performance cars" using the B6160 as a late-night racetrack. Residents claim noise levels are reaching "unbearable" levels between 10 PM and midnight. The Council is formally requesting that North Yorkshire Police deploy a mobile "noise-monitoring" camera to deter the drivers.
