The village of Austwick is bracing for thousands of visitors as final setups get underway for the annual May Bank Holiday Street Market and Cuckoo Festival, taking place tomorrow afternoon. New attractions locked in for this year include a community dog show and a special appearance by the Thwaites Dray Horses. Entertainment will be provided by the Settle and Giggleswick brass bands, with all proceeds raised going directly to support local Dales village assets.

Final preparations are being made on the village green today, ahead of the grand return of the Austwick Cuckoo Festival
