We have organised another community screening of the People’s Emergency Briefing film on Monday 2nd November at Settle Quakers in the main meeting room.
Settle Public Living Room will be happening in the smaller room beforehand between 10.30 and 1.30 so feel free to come earlier for lunch or a cuppa.
We aim to start the film at 2pm and there will be time for questions and discussion after.
There have been over 4000 screenings of this film so far across the UK in 2026 with many more planned in the coming months.
It’s a 50-minute film featuring Chris Packham, leading climate and nature scientists, a former general and Jennifer Saunders – all being pretty frank about where things are heading and what can be done about it.
