Donovan Leaman
Life is for Loving!
in Poetry, Prose and song
If you have attended the Wensleydale Tournament of Song in recent years, you will know this local celebrity.
If not, then here is the perfect opportunity to take a pew and be entertained by the master of spoken word.
We are delighted that Dono has agreed to support the Festival for the third year and present a selection of poetry, prose and readings from his collection including a nostalgic trip back to November 1947, when he was first introduced Paul Gallico's beautiful prose, "The Snow Goose".
As one member of the local community stated
"What! You've managed to get published author and distinguished speaker Donovan Caldwell Leaman?
That's going to be an entertaining and informative afternoon."
