The popular wartime weekend is back, where Brougham Hall is transformed into a Second World War style village, with military displays, vehicles and stalls showcasing authentic Allied living history.
The hugely popular wartime weekend takes place every year in May and is the hall's biggest event.
Visitors will enjoy authentic living history displays, military vehicles, period costumes, and old-style canvas tents. Last year, they also had an exhibition of photos and film footage of Cumbria at War. Live period music was provided by the fantastic - The Bobby Pin-Ups on the Saturday and a bugler on the Sunday.
